领取选手包详情
所有参赛选手必须亲自前往领取选手包及参赛用品，并通过赛事主办方提供的基本身体检查以确保身体状况可以参加比赛。
需要携带的资料：
带有照片的身份证明（身份证，护照等）及医疗免责声明。
领取选手包日期及时间：
- 2019年8月24日，星期六, 上午11点至晚上8点
- 2019年8月25日，星期日, 上午11点至晚上8点,
地点：
北京国贸大酒店 B1 礼堂
RACE KIT COLLECTION DETAILS
All participants MUST attend the Race Kit Collection to pick up their race kit & goodie bag and undergo a mandatory basic medical check to ensure you are ready to run on race day.
What to bring:
Please bring along your photo ID/Passport and the Medical Waiver Form.
Dates & Times:
- 11:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday, 24th August 2019
- 11:00am – 8:00pm, Sunday, 25th August 2019

如果我不能出席领取选手包活动，怎么办？
所有参赛选手必须领取参赛选手包。如未能领取参赛选手包及通过身体健康检查，将不能参加比赛当日的赛事。
我是否可以于比赛当日领取参赛选手包？
不可以，选手只能够在以上指定时间内领取自己的参赛用品。大会于比赛当日不做任何选手包领取安排。 未能领取参赛选手包将不能参加比赛当日的赛事。
如果我丢失了比赛确认邮件或比赛报名确认收据，怎么办？
您可以于领取选手包当日携带身份证或者护照到领取选手包地点询问处，届时大会工作人员会代为跟进，已经确认报名，您便可以当场领取选手包。
是否可以委托其他人代自己领取参赛选手包？
不可以。参赛选手必须接受赛事提供的身体检查，以确保选手的身体状况可以安全参赛。
我能否在比赛结束后申请领取我的比赛用品？
主办方将不会于赛事结束后派发选手包，未领取的选手包将会被循环处理或者捐赠给慈善机构。
What if I cannot attend the Race Kit Collection?
All participants MUST attend the Race Kit Collection to pick up their race kit & goodie bag. You will not be able to run on Race Day if you do not attend Race Kit Collection.
Will there be race kit collection available on race day?
No, runners must pick up their race kit during the designated race kit collection dates/times only. Runners who do not collect their race kit on one of those dates will not be allowed to compete in the event.
If I have lost my Registration Confirmation / Registration Receipt, what can I do?
You can bring your ID card/passport to the info desk at the Race Kit Collection location. Officials will verify your status, and you can collect your Race Kit after verification.
Would it be possible to authorize another person to pick my Race Kit?
No. Runners will need to undergo a mandatory basic medical checkup during Race Kit Collection to ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate in the race.
Can I pick up my Race Kit after the event?
We will not distribute the Race Kit after the event; non-claimed race kit will be recycled or donated to charity.
